I’ve been looking up recipes to learn how to do more raw foods as I may be preparing meals for a friend who wants to go raw vegan for a while. If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know that raw vegan isn’t really what I do – so I’m teaching myself some recipes and the other day I came up with this.

Spicy Sweet & Sour Chick’n Stir-Fry
I love stir-fry for dinner! Seriously, I make a stir-fry usually once a week. A big one, so I can have leftovers (something else I love!). When I discovered a forgotten bag of Butler Soy Curls in the back of the cupboard, the thoughts of what I could make started to grow. A giant stir-fry was the answer!!

Hey there! You know what I was thinking the other day? That I’ve been making this basic hummus recipe for YEARS and I’ve never shared it anywhere! I try to make this often as it’s a great snack with some veggies or crackers and is an amazing source of protein!
Green Curry Vegetables!
I really don’t know whether this dish should go by another name, but really, it’s vegetables with green curry so I guess it’s pretty straight forward when it comes to finding it a name! The main photo includes the Salt & Pepper Tofu I made (with puffed tofu!); I will share that recipe soon. It’s pretty straight forward, but I still want to get it just right before I share!
Warm Kale Salad
Well, this recipe is really a better fit for the cold, winter months, but…..here in Ontario, we know that we will still have some chilly evenings ahead for another month or so, so you have lots of time to try it! Try saying that title 3 times fast!! It may be a tongue twister, but it is also a tongue (and taste bud) pleasing recipe!
Chick’un and Waffles!
This version is vegan and gluten-free! The chick’un is made from oyster mushrooms and the waffles are made with Bob’s Gluten-free 1-1 flour.

I didn’t know what else to call this, so went with Epic Munchies Salad – because this was Epic! And was created when the munchies attacked haha!
