A Peak in the Pantry

Vegan cooking relies on a lot of key staples in the kitchen. Whether it be spices, nuts, seeds, beans or non-dairy milks, there are many must-haves when diving in to vegan cooking.  Here’s a list of ingredients I try to always have on hand, as well as advice on what small appliances help out! I’m sure I’ll be updating this page from time to time, so check back once in a while if you’re wondering what else has been added!
